Tendo Eco Village - Namayumba is one of Uganda’s largest suburban land developments with 1,280 acres of real estate outside the greater Kampala area. The development master plan will be monitored by the Wakiso District Local Council, and an established neighbourhood authority comprised of owners. The Authority comprised of the project promoter NSNL Farm Limited and authorized entities will have the right to lease land to developers, finance the build-out of the public infrastructure, and package incentives to attract investors and occupiers.
