Belton is the Project implementation lead for Nnabagereka SNL farm Limited, where he covers projects nationwide. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and majored in marketing from Nkumba University. Belton is a professional marketer and has more than 4 years of experience in marketing and business management having previously marketed café ballet restaurant and managed one of the busiest party shops in South Africa called Variatas party shop.

He is the administrator of Nelson Nkalubo Sebugwawo Foundations (NNSF).

He has also got more interest in swimming, playing basketball, networking, and traveling.
