Tendo ECO Village – Namayumba is a housing estate seated on approximately 1,280 acres of land planned as a mixed-use, low-density, self-sustaining suburban upscale village.
The Project
Tendo Eco Village-Namayumba is strategically located 51 km from Kampala City Center and approximately 81 km from Entebbe International Airport.
Our vision is to establish an organized eco friendly neighborhood based on the principles of caring, sharing and co-operation while living in harmony with the environment. A community that will serve as a model of social, environmental and financial sustainability through a well-planned suburban design framework.
Tendo Eco Village-Namayumba is one of Uganda’s largest suburban land developments with 1,280 acres of real estate outside the greater Kampala area.
The suburban community consists of urban amenities such as piped water, electricity, and tarmac roads. All residential homes are built in harmony with nature featuring trees and open green spaces. The drive-ways offer tree lined walkways for morning and evening walks or jogging.
The development offers a variety of house styles with dynamic designs catering to diverse lifestyles for both youthful and older families. All residential plots are a minimum of one acre – large enough for a prestigious executive houses, servant quarters, and a home vegetable garden.
Residents will be in proximity to the shopping mall, health clinics, hospital, schools, places of worship, green parks, and recreation facilities – and far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The master plan offers land for farms and small scale businesses including light Agro-processing; and it takes into consideration the squatters of the area who have been provided for under the medium density zone with over 70 acres of land structured into an organized community of well-planned households.
The planning of this establishment has taken cues from successful global suburban real estate developments, yet tailored to the needs of Uganda and the region. The concepts of livability, density, and walkability have been incorporated into the master plan.
Tendo Eco Village-Namayumba is an establishment of Nnabagereka SNL Farm Limited (N-SNL Ltd.) a duly registered company in Uganda.
